Information

The Graduation Staff at the Campus Duck Store is here to help you with your regalia and graduation needs.

Please Note: Rental regalia includes standard black gown and the appropriate hood for your Alma Mater. To guarantee exact hood colors, place your order a minimum of EIGHT WEEKS before the ceremony. After that time it may be necessary to substitute a hood with the closest available colors or Oregon colors (lemon/emerald).

Rental regalia orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. Once the regalia rental is requested online, regalia will need to be paid for by department or individual. If you no longer need your rental regalia after placing your order online, you can reach out to orders@uoduckstore.com for additional information.

Regalia needs to be returned after the ceremony by the deadline, or you will be responsible for paying for replacement costs, which can be up to $800, depending on the rental/package.

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • April 21: Order deadline for custom-made fine regalia and guaranteed hood colors. After that date, The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors or the closest match possible. The Duck Store can research regalia options for most universities.
  • April 22: Orders placed on or after April 22nd will be charged a $15 late fee. Departments will not cover this fee. School specific hood colors can no longer be guaranteed. The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors of the closest match possible.
  • May 12: The rental form will no longer be available and we will not be taking any more rental requests. If extenuating circumstances kept you from renting, you can email orders@uoduckstore.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
  • July 1: Deadline for in-store regalia return drop-off or post-mark date for shipping regalia returns to The Duck Store Distribution Center.

In-Store Pickup Information

All Eugene faculty regalia rentals will be available for in-store pick up at the Flagship Campus Duck Store roughly -8 weeks from date of request.

Portland faculty can select NE Campus for pick up. Regalia rentals will be delivered to the Oregon House prior to spring commencement. Additional pickup instructions and information will be sent via email.

Email confirmations and all additional information will be sent to the email address provided on the rental regalia form and we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Grad coordinators who wish to pick up multiple orders at one time can email orders@uoduckstore.com to make arrangements. Please be sure to provide all SOs numbers and the day/time you wish to pick up.
